 p of 25 graduate students and postdocs have been meeting weekly as part of
  the Synthesis Skills for Early Career Researchers (SSECR\; [SEE-ker]) cou
 rse. SSECR addresses the need for more comprehensive interpersonal and dat
 a skills in ecology and is structured around small group synthesis project
 s. On May 22\, the Network Office is holding a special Community Call wher
 e SSECR participants will share the outcomes of their synthesis projects t
