The Global Drylands Center (GDC) and the Sala Lab at Arizona State University are seeking a postdoctoral research scholar to lead two types of complementary activities. The postdoctoral research scholar will contribute to synthesis activities and lead oversight of field operations (supervisory/technical) at the Jornada Experimental Range, an NSF-LTER site located in New Mexico. Oversight of field operations will be accompanied by secondary support both at the field site and data management methods during the off season (maintenance of field experiments or aid to lab personnel, maintenance of sensors and peak biomass at end of season).
