The ASM Planning Committee meets for the entire year prior to the triennial All Scientists’ Meeting, identifying a theme, speakers, and activities and advising the Network Communications Office on meeting development.
The committee is appointed by the LTER Executive Board, who strive to include representatives from all elements of the LTER community, especially lead investigators, information managers, education and outreach managers, and graduate students.
