Max Castorani seeks 3 PhD students to join his lab at the University of Virginia starting in August 2025. One position is focused on kelp forest community ecology at the Santa Barbara Coastal LTER, one is focused on seagrass community ecology at the Virginia Coast Reserve LTER, and one is focused on oyster reef ecology as part of a new NSF CAREER award on source-sink dynamics.
