LTER standing committees include the Executive Board; Information Management (IMC); Education and Outreach (EOC); Broadening Participation (BP); and Graduate Student Representatives (GSC). LTER Education & Outreach Committee Monthly Meeting - January 1, 2026 - 12:00 pm-1:00 pm -

LTER recognizes the value of sustained interactions between students, teachers, and scientists, and strives to integrate LTER science with K-12 education. Most LTER sites conduct individual programs at the local level, and the network supports centralized approaches to educational initiatives.

The LTER Education and Outreach Committee meets monthly:
