Arctic fertilization plots.
Beginning in 2003, the LTER Network engaged in a series of planning exercises focused on developing strategies for growth and development of the Network in the areas of research, education, cyberinfrastructure, governance, and communications. These planning efforts were encouraged and informed by decadal reviews of the LTER Network by NSF. The culmination of these efforts are the documents shown below.
